Claim your giftcard emails

Anyone else being bombarded by "claim your giftcard" emails. I have had at least 4 per day over the weekend. two examples below:
"Congratulations! Free £10 ASDA gift card is ready for XXXX Grove.
You have received this gift card because our system picked you for this final. That means that you also has great chances to win the great prize. Click here to claim your free gift card"
"We still have an unclaimed giftcard with the value of £1.000 - So far 50 people are into the finales, and with your e-mail you are one of the finalists. Before Friday we need you to approve this info, on the following link - Is this your info:

Yup, I get loads like that and its so annoying as you can't block the emails as they keep coming from different email addresses0

yes I'm up to about 12 a day from different 'Names'. If they were to be beleived I've won today:
£1000 giftcard x 5
Clear out Asda
Clear out Morrisons
Ipad
Ipod
TV
