Right. I've got my mortgage with future mortgages part of Citi. They have been charging us a Lenders interest only fee for the last 2 years now as the say that we need them to be in the interest of on our home insurance. We have and always have had them as the interested party on our home insurance which is with Legal & General. We have written to them at Future about the situation and after 8 weeks have said that we are still in the wrong and that we need to have them as the interested party so have closed the case. We have forward copies highlighting they are the interested party but still not backing down. The last letter we received is a complete farse as the dates are from the future ie " in response to your letter dated the 15/7/13" ??? Maybe this is why they're called future mortgages. We really don't know where to go other the FOS now. Any help or suggestions would be grateful

If they have issued their final response and won't review their decision even with supporting evidence from you, refer to FOS, simples !
Good luck
