Bannatynes - Changes to T&C's for termination of contract?

Hi everyone...
Bannatynes have changed their policy on the three month notice period for termination of contract but only for new memberships taken out. Not those prior to the change and therefore still has to give the 3 month written notice.
Has anyone challenged this and won with Bannatyne to only give one month notice?
