LastPass. I cant get it to work!

After hearing about LastPass on here I downloaded it and so far cannot get it to fill in anything!

I went to the 'profile fill' bit on LastPass and filled in all my details.

Now when I go to an entry form of a comp I right click and at the bottom of the drop down menu is 'LastPass' and 'LastPass Fill Forms'
I've clicked both and nothing ever happens.

Have I downloaded LP for nothing?
Why wont it work for me?

Try Alt + X on the keyboard.

On some pages you might see a drop down bar appear under the browser tool bar, with various form filling options.

It sounds like it's in a different order to mine when I click on lastpass I get the following drop down box


Logoff: (my email addy)
My LastPass Vault
Recently Used
Sites
Secure Notes
Fill Forms
Preferences
Help...
Tools
Generate Secure Password
Go Premium!
Save All Entered Data

From there I click Fill in forms which brings up my name because I labelled my details under my name which I click on & it fills out my details.

In my drop down menu (when I right click) it just says 'lastpass' and 'lastpass fill forms' it doesn't give my any options to go anywhere from those.

Mclarkie yours says 'lastpass fill forms' and then has the little arrow for more options.....mine doesn't have that little arrow.

So confused!

Looks like you need to go to fill forms again and click 'add prophile' and give it a name so you can see in in the drop down.

Praps it did not save the first time you did it.

I would un install it & reinstall it as you are not getting any of the options that I have, mines the free version too.

Once installed it usually goes through a set up, choose English & so on

Thanks Luckyone, I am going to uninstall when I figure out how (I hate windows 8, I don't know where anything is!)

Well I knew nothing about windows 8 until the last three weeks lol. But I do know where you can find the uninstal

Move your mouse to the bottom left hand corner, ignore the little picture of the start screen & left click

This will bring up a list of things one of them being the control panel normal click on that & programs comes up in the list. Click that then you can uninstal Lastpass
