Is it Better to use just one site or multiple

Just realised im a member of a number of sites but not earning much on any.

is it better to concentrate on just 1 or maybe just a select 2 or 3 or keep pluging on in multiple sites?

You need to be a member of at least ten to fifteen sites to get a reasonable return each month. Survey sites can have drought periods so you need to spread the load. There is thread - are survey sites worth it which gives a list of suggested sites. Also need to put some effort into it as doing the odd survey survey here and there will yield little reward.
