I've never bought anything from Boden before and so have a couple of questions before I place an order. Would be grateful for any responses.

Returns - I see you have to pay for returns. Is there a standard cost for this - or do I pay parcel rates as per Royal Mail. I did a search and saw that there was a trial with Collect+ at a set price - is that an option for returns?

Also, are the prices likely to go down any further?

Free delivery didn't work for me either. Order quite a bit from boden and never pay for delivery so don't think I will be ordering this time:(
