I have two questions regarding quido sorry if i have posted in wrong place i was not sure where to put this .
I put a query in with quido at the beginning of February because an insurance had only paid me once for an insurance policy and i took two out .How long is it likely to be before it is resolved ?
I took car insurance also through quido and i have received £125 cashback but now my own back says they can beat there quote and also give me cashback if i swap to them .Can i go with another insurance part way through a year even though i have already received cashback from quido ?

As for your first query, I have one outstanding since beginning of January, sometimes they take ages to come through, sometimes never. Frustrating I know but see all quidco stuff as a bonus if it comes through - after all you never had the money in the first place, so haven't actually "lost" anything, if you see what I mean!
Secondly, I don't think there would be anything to stop you moving your insurance to get a better deal, but I haven't done this myself so don't know absolutely. Check the exit fees/admin charges, that may be charged by the "old" insurance as these may outweigh any benefit you get from moving to the "new" one.
