The sugar almond cake stands that were £3ish are now scanning £1.47 :j

    This one,

    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=270747711

I forgot all about them as asked DD3 to carry them upstairs for me while I was bringing the shopping in last night. :o

I read back and noticed the Cirrus Dinner Sets have been reported as having gone up from 80p, or was that a one off? I didn't fancy lugging one to the scanner yesterday as already had a trolley full.

i checked price again today and i think it said 8 pound, defo not 80p tho x

for the 1st time in 10 long years ive just had home made chips, you know the sort - where you have to peel a potato chop it up and put it in a deep fat fryer. I forgot how nice they are, not the plastic oven chips ive got used to since ive been with mrs zippy.
this reminds me of HAPPYCHAPPY'S post about baked potatoes. :)

Sorry is it selected cereals? Cause I'm going to go crazy on the phone with tesco of its the case. I went there shattered with two kids just to get cereal, plus of course simply dry nappies.

Did find the cake stands, there is more at my local. Plus there are square black matt pasta bowls for 40p reduced from £2 I think. Bought 6 of them.

Dads death certificate arrived today, don't want to have a look. My dad is sitting in flat. Totally in denial. But been keeping busy selling all our glitches and making a tidy profit. I've learnt so much from you all.

    hi
could u tell me please have i missed something with the simply dry nappies ?tia

Please. I will fill it up and send it back. Looks like it's going to be another flash storm like this time yesterday. Woohoo. Managed to get my washing dry so I am happy. Thank you God!

Just got one more day at work next week in my current job before I start my new one. I will be in the same department, just a different team in a different office. I can't make my mind up whether I should take buns and cakes in, order some pizzas, have a leaving do, or just not bother at all. Most of the team have it in for me that I am progressing and they don't talk to me anymore. What should I do? There are only 2 people that I really get on with now and I guess I could just go out with them. Any suggestions....................?

PS. I'm tempted to take a box of eggs in and say to them "This is my fat arris (whilst pointing at arris), have a good look at it because it ain't ever coming back here you bunch of losers" before I egg them all and walk out. :D:p;)
Don't shot your nest - always leave on good terms - take them in something cheap and "Kill them with kindness"
    :D:D

Good luck in your new role mimi. I agree with patty, take in some cakes and leave with your head held high, be the bigger person and all that.
