Morning all. Got a 3 yr olds birthday party to attend at 1130 today. Have to nip back to buy the present beforehand seeing as I left it on the conveyor belt on Tuesday duh!! Then the newly refurbished park near us is being officially opened by the mayor at 2pm, with various stalls and games. So I think DS will be exhausted by tea time :D

Hope everyone has a glorious weekend

A lot of water has gone under the bridge with me and I've stopped worrying about whether I'm doing something too much or the conventional views on whether I might or might not - if I enjoy it, then so what! Key to happiness is do what you want, when you want I feel!* I think this attitude also helped me over periods of bereavement (several years ago now) - I was told 'you'll be upset for a while' but I thought - well why will I? Do I have to be? And I thought 'no' and very much quicker than most people I suspect I got back on with my life. It isn't about lack of love of the person I lost. It was my mother and I certainly had a close bond with her. It's more a coping mechanism - and it works! - and I feel she would also have been proud of me for managing to use it as effectively as I did.

That's not to say it's easy. It hasn't been. But the key to some things lies within yourself and your own reaction to things!

Alright, too deep and meaningful - or meaningless!:rotfl::rotfl::D - I'll go (after 107 posts in a row now:rotfl::rotfl:) and see you laters!:):) (I've taken on board the point about 'is this all I do?' and I'll think about it - not too much and extensively though:D - and I'll do that somewhat later, when I wake up much later today!:):rotfl:)

:rotfl: your comment on the guide having his/her facts right.

:A your comments about your mum and life in general, such a lovely post, and if you don't mind me saying, a great tribute to your dear mum.

Playing catch up after a pretty much sleepless night because of the hot pyjamas.

This is so useful to me Savvy :A I won't explain why because its too early to be getting all technical :D:p but Im sure I don't need to anyway

    Thank you :)
