    Is this the "Iain Duncan Smith" who wants everyone to live on 50p a week or something? Wow. So many slebrities on here.

    We've also got MKS on here (Mutya Keisha Siobhan off of the Sugababes).

    We also have Lady Patty who is actually the super hot lead singer from The Corrs.

    Anyone else?

    Visited Mum this evening. Arm is progressing but her legs are extremely swollen. I mentioned it to the nurse on Monday when they started to swell but by today no action had been taken and they look fit to burst. I phoned the sister this morning and she said they were waiting for the oedema nurse to call and that unfortunately the wait for the clinic is 2 months. But she said the nurse rag back and said keeping her feet up , exercising her feet and some more diuretics would help.
    However when i asked this evening apparently Mum had missed the doctor as she was at fracture clinic and no doctor would come till Monday. last time her legs were like this they blistered and it took 3 months of dressing to get them right. So i said ok then I will just bring the diuretics from home and give them to her myself ( as I always do under doctors instruction). about 5 minutes later she came in and said the doctor had come by to see someone else and had prescribed the tablets from tonight.
    Off to London tommorow evening to stay with ds and fiance. he is running in the national lottery run around the Olympic stadium and will run in the stadium to the finish. It is only 5k but he is really excited and got passes for us to see him finish.

    can you please tell me - what are the veg crisps you refer to?

    They are small bags of Glennans veg crisps. Ive only found them on clipstrips in the crisp and wine aisles. BC ends 001049.

    Just back from my nearby Sains. Trying to find some items that aren't on sains.co.uk but are cheaper at the competitor (and on the competitor's website). Much frowning from me at S's 'special offers' though - I don't want you to match the prices of the competitor on the shelf - I want you to increase your prices! And, no, the items I looked for - sadly not stocked. So it's back to the drawing board (or part of the way back, still I'm halfway towards my finished shopping list).

    Warm night as well as warm day. More like being on the continent (in the right places:D). Even hotter inside at home:(. Now...shall I open the windows or shall I take some clothing off:eek:?

    I've decided on the latter:eek::eek:.

    Now...I'll try the Avs W list post, then a bit of the Morries list, and completing my Svs T shopping list so may let you see those items. Has anyone got Jacob's Variety 24 pack Clubs instore in Sains.? They are showing N/A on msm for me for Sains. - and I couldn't find them instore. Some of you lucky souls in bigger areas of the country may well have them stocked in your Sains.

    Oh - whilst looking around the frozen area earlier (trying to make up my Sains. shop) I found this - for Avs T -

    Bird's Eye Harry Ramsden's Famous Battered Cod, Chips & Peas (395g)
    £2.00 vs £1.00

    Perhaps some of you have Bird's Eye vouchers that are valid in A?
