Can I please ask if the s&g is still working, and is it v Sainsbobs? I was going to do a muller shop tomorrow and throw in a few of these, but I haven't done the s&g for months:D

The right S&Gs (at the right time!:D) are vs T. Double or Single Cream 600ml is vs Sains though;).

(Totally random - may help someone, I don't know.)

Well cake finally iced and decorations made and drying. Am shattered now so bed shortly.

fc, your story made me chuckle. My neighbour was ranting at her children the other day and said 'Oh !!!!!!' DS1 turned straight to me and said 'Mummy, what does for fart's sake mean' :rotfl: Just know he'll repeat it at nursery or in polite company

    Evening all.

Been out tonight with friends for an indian meal as friends birthday on sunday.

Logie I have had those tests for carpal tunnel, and ended up having the steroid injection, to be honest it didn't work for me, they told me it would last 6 months, it only lasted 1 week, and god it hurt, had to be pinned down. Hope it works for you, did you manage to get some splints and did they work or help.??

Fairclaire, well done on getting in a pair of size 8 jeans, well jealous.

I did get some splints and was given amitriptyline to take at night. It improved a little. However they've been much better the last couple of weeks. I'm guessing that I did less lifting etc as I was away from home and the boys. Dr today said it was probably because less strain on them. at the sound of the injections
♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥

    Happy Belated Birthday 3Dogs
Heat is getting to me too - my flat is small and I could have done a better job than the architect who designed this place - windows small as well. Dream is to win some money and get a house with a garden :)

    Of course !

We all lurk at times. It was lovely to see some names that I often wonder where they are and are they OK.

Lots of lovelies have stopped posting over the last years with some of the wars that have happened on here. (I didn't post or read for a long time)

Still no sign of Spiralling Down though  hello girly

And I miss my beautiful sparkly Fudge_cake evening round up :kisses3:

    :)

I have a quick question for all you smartphone experts please, as i'm a numpty when it comes to these things. I've had my t's £9.99 samsung for an age now, as it does what it say on the tin, (makes calls and does texts :rotfl:) and this was all I thought I wanted..... until all these shopping apps started anyway. ;)

So.... I'm looking for a smartphone to use on PAYG as I only want to use it with free wi-fi or via a home modem, as it's main purpose will be for these shopping apps and O2 goodies. I am looking at the Samsung Galaxy Y which I am looking at buying for just under £40 and possibly £6, if not at least £3 cashback. Will this do what I need, and is this a pretty good deal, or is there something else an expert might recommend. I really don't want to go on a contract if I can help it.

    Thanks in advance.
I would also be interested in this please if anyone knows thank you xx

I'll be happy if someone with a Galaxy Y just says it's ok and up to doing what I want.... I've skim read through posts today and not seen a reply, but it looks like 2 of us will be grateful of help please.
    Thanks.
