Afternoon dipdab.
They are like an intensive conditioner.
I've used one and it made my hair feel fab. I plan on chucking one on my bonce once a week. Soon I shall be a walking shampoo advert

Afternoon. Was supposed to go out last night cocktail drinking with OH but had to cancel babysitter with only a few hours to go.. oH felt a bit under the weather (he claims it was nothing to do with being out drinking both Thursday and Friday night!).
Went for lunch earlier and now relaxing in the beautiful sunshine in the garden:j no shopping today, nothing will move me from this sun lounger Off to catch up

its 37 (98f I think) degrees in my conservatory with all windows and doors open. I got to take all roof blinds down and all window blinds. and empty conserve as we are getting roof changed. its tooo hot to work so ill start again just before dw gets home.
