I like msm. It's like access to a huge database of products, at your fingerprints (despite all its foibles):).

Hi, hope all are able to enjoy the lovely weather that I have in Chester. For those whose sainsbobs don't stock the cheap EA Chocolate bars like mine then tosco have EA packs of mint tubes @ £1.25 so 25p with voucher. Not as good as free but better than no EA chocolate. Also Bacardi pina colada is£5.35 for 70cl a very good price and perfect with ice in this weather hic hic.

Ta for this, was it the big city store or the little one at Sealand?

I forgot to check our little tosco this morning, although I don't suppose it would have stocked it anyway, half of my list was missing so we are starting again tomorrow in a bigger store (not Chester, too hot to drive in that direction!)

Thanks Anon, hopefully this will set up the rest of the day nicely for me.:D

Pop out to A and get several cases of the good stuff with a few pizzas and nicely comparing ice lollies as fillers. Back home, chuck a dozen tinnies or so in the freezer to get them cold and enjoy a nice Pimms in the back garden with the DW, watching the kids play on the bouncy castle.

This is about as good as it gets..:cool2::cool2::cool2:

I've noticed an 'anomaly' on msm regarding a pack of crisps in the 3 for £4 offer. What the website is describing as "Walkers French Fries Ready Salted (6x22g)" shows a picture of the Walkers Squares Crunchy Cheese & Onion pack.

Based on what happened on aau1's shop, where some other Golden Wonder crisps came up as Golden Wonder Salt & Vinegar (following the description which did not match the product), presumably this means the Squares Cheese & Onion packs will appear on the APG as "Walkers French Fries Ready Salted"? Has anyone bought the Squares Ch & On and, if so, are they showing as French Fries Ready Salted??

In which case, if we buy the actual French Fries Ready Salted, which is on a.com (described there as "Walkers French Fries Ready Salted Flavour (6x25g)"), presumably this won't appear on the APG at all. Even though the number of items in the offer on a.com and msm is the same number (I have thirty on each), it seems there's a different item on there (apart from the Square Ch & On) as the French Fries Ready Salted 6 aren't on msm (as far as I can see). (Don't really like how the msm companion is now saying "checking prices" when I'm on the page of a.com with all the items in the offer on it:rotfl:- I've closed the session down completely now.)

I don't think the RS French Fries multipack is on msm (unless it's called something else!:rotfl:) - can't see its picture on msm either. But may be looking through the woods and can't see beyond the trees.

So, if I'm onto the correct path, buy 1 Walkers French Fries Ready Salted 6 pack, together with, for example, a Walker's Worcester Sauce 6 pack and a French Fries variety 6 pack - should compare full prices on the last two vs M at 2 for £2. (Those in N.I can try 2x French Fries variety with the 1 trigger, vs Sains, perhaps with some Lizzie Shaw's.)

The real Squares Cheese & Onion will probably return N/A for M, so could go 1 Worc Sauce (6), 1 French Fries Variety (6) and 1 Squares Ch & On, but will probably pick up A's multibuy if you do that, even if going 2 for £2 on the Sauce/F Fries and N/A on the other one.

I might try the F Fries (1 Ready Salted 6 and 1 Variety 6) and 1 Worc Sauce 6 myself later today. Anyone knowing what those Squares Ch & On, if bought, actually come up as on the APG comp? And have you bought any Ready Salted Fries and they failed to appear? TIA.

[Edit: What a long post again: didn't realise I'd written so much:rotfl::rotfl:(till I pressed 'submit' and then saw it all, on the page).]
