I also have 31 children for the next 2 weeks in my class - newbie joining us, some are only hanging in by a thread as it is and year 6:eek: omg they are wild at the moment.

oh and not a st. don't forget us teachers only do it for the fantastic salaries and eversolong holidays

Yes. I am going to have loads. I've already got orders for them, and anything else that might be leftover will be eaten, cooked or sold in work :cool:

Brilliant :T:T My OH makes a basic sauce from ours and we freeze in portions. He then adds what he needs to it to make different dishes. No jars of sauce here :money::money:

I see queen of cheap and fairclaire you have both been talking plants....

Well I just have to brag about my strawberrys.... I think today was my first major picking, and I usually get the same amount every day now for a good few weeks. I took out a spare washing up bowl, the bottom was covered and the next layer was at least half covered. Some of them are a good 2/3 golfball size. :eek:

Me, my DS, my Dad and Mum have just been tucking into strawberrys and cream, I don't know what variety they are, I only started with a few plants about 4 years ago but every year I grow more from runners. Dad even said they are some of the best he's tasted ..... The neighbor got a marg tub full, and I still got loads left. What am I gonna do with what I pick tomorrow morning!!!???

I'm not that good at growing too much, but them along with all my rhubarb, i'm so chuffed with them. :T:T:T

Little t sorry to hear about your loss, but what a fine age she reached, hope your mam copes okay, IDF I cannot imagine what you are going through, all my prayers for your Ds for the best possible outcome:), had a day of internet dropping in and out so has taken til now to catch up, hope you all enjoyed the fab weather and made the best of it, night night.:)
