Thats good, i was in there today cannot keep away lol, found some travel size john freida in the travel section no sel so took it anyway to test the coupon. I thought it would be about the same price £1.20. Get to the till goes through at £1.99 but the coupon did scan on it so maybe useful if some stores have them on 3 for £3. I took it to cs and got my money, way to expensive for me lol x

Hiya V.
:rotfl::rotfl:at the sun hat idea.:D
No mags at CF when I went on Thursday with Greenfinger, but I'll keep an eye out. I'm on nights tomorrow and Tuesday, so I'll call in and check on my way home. Will pm you if I find any.
Yes it was our local. I had a biggish apg, Sa called supervisor,who refused it 'it could be fraudulent':eek: I asked to see the manager as not happy at this. Manager arrived, all of 12 yrs old:rotfl: and backed up the supervisor. So I insisted he called head office and checked it. He did so, most reluctantly, and spent ages on the phone, leant over the cs desk, so he thought I couldn't hear what he was saying, but I could:rotfl:. Anyway the upshot was that he was instructed to take the apg. I was very gracious,;):p and thanked him, and yes I did understand that they get fraudulent vouchers from time to time, but I resented being virtually accused of fraud. He looked a bit shifty, then brightened up and told me I could only use £100 of apg's a month. I very politely told him that I was aware of all the terms and conditions of the apg system, and as it was my first of that month and we were almost at the end I only had x amount of days to use the other xxx amount:p:D:rotfl::rotfl:.
I now choose my sa very carefully.
Sorry to hear you suffered sunstroke. A good tip to relieve it, and sunburn, is to stand under a very cool shower. The water will run off your feet warm as it draws out the heat from your body. When the water runs off you at the same temp as it hits you, it is time to get out of the shower. It can take up to 1/2 hour, but works every time.
N x
Thanks. Believe it or not I don't have a shower but drank lots and slept it off. No sunburn more heat stroke I think as wasn't actually outside much but decorating with sun streaming in window.

...And I'll check M again (if I don't get to this too late..), although many of M's 'RTCs' and other offers in these sorts of areas seem to me to be more expensive than offers elsewhere.
I've now separated the M list into aisles. The headings are not intended to be technically exact, just guides. There - that wasn't too painful was it Savvy??:rotfl::):D (It's one step towards finally resolving the list - feedback, have I made it worse?/a lot better?, have I got the sections wrong? etc., welcomed, please PM me with your views if you please:).)0 -

I've received my first money off voucher from Boots that I've had in ages £5/£3. What would be the best way of using it. No s/s tills near me.
Hi TM. Not really sure. The No 7 voucher is no good now. They don't do the clearance lines anymore and I don't think you can buy some dodgy cleansing sponges with them anymore. This thread might have some inspiration: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4647795 I would advise you to go on a Saturday and try out a young female or male SA as they are the only ones that have a "I don't give a shoot" attitude. You could always compliment her/him on their gorgeous eye colour and try and distract them that way. It's always worked for me. Good luck.
How are you QOC? How is the diet going? Hope you are OK and not too dismayed about the job. Keep your chin up sweetheart.0 -
