M&S had an offer on last week for £10 off a £50 spend for new customers. This also said the £10 would be deducted on your invoice. Well I ordered my things and the money was not discounted. I e-mailed Marks and they told me they would credit my account with the £10. Two weeks later and the £10 is still not back on my account. E-mailed marks who told me due to an 'admin error' it will be credited within the next 7-14 days! So check your invoices but most of all your credit card!
