Good luck to everyone with this, but Asda Custmoer Services have told me they do not accept home printed coupons - I had tried to use a Dr Oetker pizza coupon.

Not sure why they told you that, my Asda in Norwich takes home printed coupons.

These are the £10 worth of Dr Oetker coupons that are promoted on the packing, sold in Asda. The first time I used one was OK, the second time they refused. I contacted customer services who said it should not have been accepted. They didn't address my point that if they sell an item with a promotion on, they should honour that promotion.

I have used lots of the Dr Oetker vouchers in Norwich Asda with no problems, not sure why you have been having problems, I have 10 sets of the vouchers and have used all of my 1st ones and a couple of the 2nd ones with no problem in either Tesco, Asda or Sainsburys.

The Hawaii ones in my local Asda still have the Blue flash so each time I am increasing my store of coupons.

May be it is just your local store that is being awkward:(

Hiya, I printed the coupon off earlier when it first appeared on HUKD.
The 50p off coupon is a safe coupon and is for any store.
It is 50p off any Kingsmill bakery range.
The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)

they do they do!! but they tell you they don't. i had a home printed coupon rejected at my local asda - i complained to their customer services via the website, quoting their Ts & Cs which clearly say they do accept them, and i got an apology and a £5 giftcard, plus a promise to contact the manager at my local store to tell him to train his staff better! go onto their website and print off the bit about internet coupons from the FAQs section, and take it with you...

I used the printed voucher this morning for the pitta pockets, it was the only thing that I bought and although the checkout operator looked at it twice, it went through OK.

Wildthing, you're right. I think I'll get back on to customer services with the T&Cs - bit rubbish that even they don't know the correct answer.
