Entry is restricted to one per person
All entries must be received by midnight on Tuesday, July 16, 2013. 6. The winners will be contacted within one working day of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
8. Five winners will each win a driving experience with Alfa Romeo at the Brands Hatch racing circuit in Kent on July 24, 2013. The winners will sit as a passenger with a professional driver and also drive two Alfa Romeo cars (MiTo and Giulietta) themselves on the race track.
9. The prize does not include travel to and from the event, accommodation, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. All prizes are accepted at the winners’ own risk. In order to participate in the prize, the winner must be aged 21 years or over, hold a valid, clean UK drivers licence, be sober and in good health. If weather conditions or health do not permit the winner to drive, or it is deemed unsafe for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter and Alfa Romeo retain the right to refuse the prize, and no alternative or replacement prize will be provided. The winner must comply with all safety notices, road rules and instructions of any staff at Alfa Romeo. As a pre-condition to claiming the full prize and participating in the prize, the winners will be required to sign a disclaimer form in which the winner, among other things:
(i) confirms the winner’s mental and physical fitness to participate;
(ii) confirms the winner holds a valid UK driving licence;
(iii) confirms the winner is not under the influence of alcohol or drugs or other substances which could affect the winner’s driving ability; and
(iv) that the winner will follow all instructions of Alfa Romeo.
Driving can be a high risk activity. Participation of the winner in the prize is entirely voluntary and at his/her own risk.
10. All prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
11. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
