Half Price Showers At Homebase.

Have been trawling around for 3 days for a new shower and visited Homebase today just on the off chance and they have quite a few showers reduced to half price!
They are working out cheaper than E-bay!!! :eek:

Yes they are
I think Argos acquired Homebase about 5 years ago and just as a matter of interest the parent company is GUS0 -
When Homebase do this offer, their prices are very good, but take the "half price" with a pinch of salt: the Opal II, for example, is for sale at Wickes (rebranded and a slightly different design, but the same shower) for £150. You're still saving £50, but don't be under any illusion that the savings are as big as Homebase make out.
It would surprise me greatly if this "half price" offer isn't available most of the year - those prices are the same as I paid back in February.0
