Hi,
I wonder if any brokers out there can offer some reassurance. We want to move house but there is a history of bad credit on my side (husband is OK).
Details:
Income £63500 gross pa
Current CC debt Approx £10000 (to be paid off upon completion using some equity)
Bad credit history:
2 x settled CCJ's (both for less than £300) One registered in April 2010 the other in Dec 2011.
1 x late payment marker from April 2013 where overdraft slipped over limit, but rectified immeditely upon notification from lender.
House purchase details:
Purchase price £220k
15% or 20% deposit (can do either would prefer 15% so keep more equity released from current house sale, but can do 20% if required)
We are both on electoral role etc etc.
What do you think, is there a way of financing a move?
Thanks

Could well be possible. There are lenders who would consider the adverse credit with a 15% deposit.
Best bet is to speak to a broker. Don't apply to lenders at random as this will harm credit score.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
