Norwich & Peterborough 2.29%

My fixed rate of 3.95% with The Loughborough is ending 27 August

The best 3 year fixed I've found so far is Norwich & Peterborough at 2.29% with a £295 fee

Ive searched and searched but have not found any better

Has anyone found better?

    Whoops sorry, I purchased it 3 years ago for £156,500

    Prices seem to have stayed the same in my area so lets say its worth the same

    Need to borrow approx £98,900 so LTV of 63% (just scraping through on their 65% LTV criteria)
