Where to sell endowment policy

I've recently had my complaint over endowment misselling upheld and am considering selling my endowment policy and converting my mortgate to repayment only. Can anyone recommend any places which offer a good return for buying endowment policies as research has shown me that I'm likely to get more than surrendering my policy with the existing company (Norwich Union)?
