Second cardholder

It has come to my attention (by dint of arrival of new card!) that I am a second cardholder on my hubby's credit card account. I have never even carried the card in my purse, let alone used it, so I'm happy to chop it into a million tiny bits and throw it away, but just wondering if I need to mention it to the OR
In fact, do we need to tell the credit card company to remove me as a cardholder??

You are just a named card holder on the account, your OH would be totally liable for any spend on this card made by you, but it might be against your BR regs as you will be able to get credit for more than £500 (assuming the limit is more than that). About as clear as mud, but I know what I am trying to say, you are not liable for any spend on the card as the account is not in your name, but by the same token you can get credit for over the £500 as laid down by your BR agreement.Went BR 25th May 2007 at 12.33, OR Interview now done. BSC No 880
