Dental implants - Perfect Profiles

Hi

I've been considering dental implants over the last couple of months and have been to see a few local dentists in Leicester. Average prices quoted for a single implant have been around £2k-£2.5k.

I've seen a company called Perfect Profiles offer implants in the UK at a significant discount. Does anyone have any experience of them? Are they any good.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

You should not choose an implant on price alone but on the implantologist, how many implants have they done , what is their success rate, what system of implants do they use?

The problem is many "cheap" implants use lesser known implants and as all implants need special tools , and the bits that fit into them (superstructure) is specific to each system. Many lesser known brands go bust and then 10 years down the line when something needs repairing or replacing the parts are no longer available or the implantologist will not have the tools. All implants need maintainance and bits will need replacing.

The other thing is who does your dentist recommend? In the end they will know who to recommend locally and presumably have got you to a level of dental fitness where you are ready for implants.
