I don't think we'll get any answers to anything at this point, since we're clearly all sheeple.urs sinserly,

No Dave,I do NOT consider step 2 to be optional !!
The very first move by the bank, when I told them that I was having difficulty (SP?),was to start re=possession proceedings !!
I have not finished with them yet tho'....I guarantee that !!
You are lying, or confused. You would not have had your house repossessed if you were making the payments as originally scheduled.
Which is it?0 -
:rotfl::rotfl: ..... Nothing 'conspiracy' about it ! It's right there in front of you (probably on your 42'' plasma/lcd ),but you still don't think that it'll happen to you do you ?? If you're VERY,VERY lucky,it just might not.....but I won't be laying any bets on it !!
As for 'it won't be fun'.....It hasn't been 'FUN' since 2008/9 !! I would rather die than let them beat me !! That's FACT !!
You'll need to explain this a bit more. Who precisely is going to come and make my life like yours? How are they going to achieve it?0 -

Nope. The Land Registry only deals with, well err, land.
Charging Orders can be made against ANY asset a debtor owns. The Land Registry only deals with those made against property. But anything you have of significant value (as there is now a £1000 Charging Order threshold) can me made the subject of a Charging Order.0 -

I believe this will fall on deaf ears as it is clear from the short shrift given to his nonsense he has gone off convinced we are in thrall to the reptilians who control the galaxy.urs sinserly,

Well, yes, technically speaking if you look at s2 of the Charging Act 1979 it does include 'securities; and 'funds in court' as well as 'land'. In general charging orders only apply to assets which are subject to some kind of register of ownership, where there is a registrar that can be prevented from transfering legal title by virture of the order.
There would be no point in getting a charging order on a car or any other kind of personal property (even if you could) because legal title can be simply be transfered by delivery.0 -

Hmmm.....Thank you for that,Antrobus (and Eggbox)......back on subject,as we should be ! What is this £1000 'threshold'....does that mean that they can't apply a charging order to anything below that value ?? (That's how I read it....)
*There are a few here who are genuine and trying to be helpful....thanks...you know who you are..... For the others who are simply trying to ridicule, because you don't like an alternative view (or the real truth),please stay out of this thread !0 -
Someone pass the popcorn please.
@OP best advice is emigrate (N. Korea should be a suitable hiding place) and change your name - that'll really show them.0
