Mortgage with bad credit

Can anyone offer advise. We have bad credit and 1 CCj. We are selling our house to pay off all our depts. we will have about £80,000 left over for a deposit but will need a mortgage for another £80,000. Who is likely to offer us a mortgage?

When was the CCJ and for how much? Will it be satisfied as part of repaying the debts?

    What income(s) do you have?

With adverse credit a broker would be your best approach. 50% deposit is in your favour.

I would be 99% sure this can be placed but as GMS says its one for a broker.
