Mortgage situation-complicated

We are finally looking at buying a house to live in, seeing a broker tomorrow. What do you think are our chances of a mortgage:

- Want to borrow around £280k
-Have 10% deposit saved from overtime payments
-no adverse credit
-3.5k on a 0% credit card
-husband uk resident works on rigs in norway-paid in sterling (converted by bank from NOK)
-guaranteed income £86k (SA submitted last year £105k/year before £120k)
-Already have a mortgage on a house we use as a holiday let for £136k, mortgage for this is called "part residential". House makes profit of about £2800 per year for last 3 years.

We are worried that the mortgage we already have will cause us problems and want to be informed in case broker doesn't know how to deal with this. Many thanks.
