When someone posts in the IWIWIW is it rude to post on their thread to say that you have won one too, you know like stealing their thunder or is this deemed as ok???

I do it, especially if it was a comp with hundreds of prizes, otherwise the board would be full of identical threads.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams

IMHO, I think its ok. For example, if people posted each Stella win individually, it would swamp the board and other great wins might get lost.
The other thing is that you might not get as much recognition for your win if you post on someone else's thread (as some people may read the first post and then skip the rest of the comments) but for me, its not a problem.0 -
Yeah I'd do the same (pretty sure I have actually) for example when there's been dozens or hundreds / thousands even of the same prize, it would be annoying if there were a thread for each winner. If it were someone posting that they'd won say an iPad though I wouldn't say "ooh yeah I won one of those a while ago too" that would be different!!0

I've done it and also had it done in my post. I think it's fine and in the best interest of everyone posting to try minimize posts with many identical winners
May you all have lots of luck, Emma xx0
