Joint Mortgage & home owner loan

Hi all,

I currently own a house in Wales with my ex who I have no dealings with for 2 years but we are still joint owners of the house with a NRam Mortgage & also we took out a home owner loan on the property with roughly £34000 left.

She has threatened to force the sale through the courts but I took legal advice on that matter & replied to her threat asking for half the home owner loan to which she has not replied.

I have the capital in the bank to pay for my half of the outstanding balance of everything & just had a quick quote off Zoopla which says my property is now worth £117000 & we owe £114000.

My question is if I pay my half of the outstanding balance of the home owner loan & she cannot am I still liable for this?

I'm guessing a CCJ would be issued in both our names?

Many thanks
