Britannia Mortgage current account question

Hi all, not sure which forum to put this in really but here goes. Last year we remortgaged with Britannia (co-operative) on a 5 year fixed rate. As part of the deal we didn't have to pay the £1000 set up fee if we moved our current accounts to Co-operative Bank. The thing is their online banking is absolutely dire and I find it really difficult to use (we came from Barclays and theirs is pretty good I think). I wondered if anyone knew if there is a tie in period for the current account, do you have to keep it for the life of the fixed rate? I suspect you probably do but just wondered if anyone knew.
cheers

i am with coop currently and was looking to remortgage to the 5 year fix current acc (now withdrawn :( ). on their website it states 'We reserve the right to switch customer to SVR if salary is no longer mandated via a Co-operative Bank or smile account.' cant see the same on britania website but assume will be the same. i would ring them as that would be a massive hike

interested in your comments re coop online banking as i find it fine?! not as good as natwest on the mobile app but very easy to use on website.
