Help Roboform goes on strike

Hi
I use and pay for Roboform. It seems to go on strike, eg I enter an ITV comp using Roboform, it works fine. I enter for the second time, it's fine, then third time, it just stops working.
It's not just ITV sites, it's others too. It might work one time and not the next.
Any suggestions please?

Hi I had some problems with roboform. The identities bars would not show, I had to uninstall it but keeping user data and reinstall from there site. All is working ok now
