Not a prize, but just as nice.
Strepsy had kindly offered to send me a booklet of discount vouchers for the Lowry shopping centre for my Manchester break. She also send some lovely postcards and a lottery scratchcard. Thank you so much Strepsy:A .
I have never had a lottery scartchcard before, so had to read the back to see what to do :rotfl: . Sadly I didn't win, but enjoyed the process
.
2 train tickets for the Manchester train trip also came and were just £25.50 for the return, which I felt was good from Scotland. So that is one of the Real people wins I have saved, the other one paid all but £1 of an extra night's stay in a travelodge to extend the stay a bit.
Need to win some money or vouchers to spend now :rotfl: :rotfl:

That's kind of Strepsy, have a great time Prudent. I used to go to Manchester a lot when my son lived in Prestwich, but not since he moved to Marseille.0

enjoy your trip Prudent and I hope you don't spend too much
You'll have to keep a tally of your expenditure and set yourself a new comping challenge when you get home :rotfl: although looking at your original challenge you'd have no trouble!!! well enjoy!

manchester is good for shopping! Primark is MASSIVE and for alternative things, try going to afflecks palace. It's good to walk round even if you don't buy anything. I can't do links, but if you google afflecks palace the website will come up.
