Cint survey problems (Be Heard & Survation)

Has anyone successfully redeemed from either of these survey sites recently?

Be Heard: I've forgotten my password, and despite sending copies of survey invites to Cint, they just keep asking me which panel I mean, they seem not to know who Be Heard even are.

Survation: redemption not working ("payment method unavailable") and according to an unaswered post on their FB page, it's been like that for weeks.

Be heard - have you sent cint a link to the be heard website ?

Survation - that can happen at times with crowdology, i'd send an email to cint and ask them about it as well.

Thanks Cally, I'll try emailing re the Paypal issue.

I've no idea what the URL for Be Heard's homepage is, but I've forwarded to Cint copies of the survey invitations a couple of times to no avail.
