A few months back I asked for a payday loan online this got declined. now my email inbox got spammed for a while now this morning I start getting calls from Debt Release Direct claiming I am struggling with debt which I don't believe I am.

Companies pass on stuff all the time; you usually have to tick a little box to prevent it, and this is often missed. There is nothing personal about being told you are sdtruggling with debt. I have these sort of messages almost daily and I've never struggled with debt. The last loan I had was paid off many years ago.
These people are chancers - ignore them.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0 -
Mark it as spam, and never see it again!0

unfortunately this often happens.
There has to be a box to tick to allow or disallow this but not sure they even care about that - especially if you have been to a broker. They own or have a network of sites and all of them will email you for sure !

What annoyed me the most is the woman on the phone claimed even if you had told them not to pass the information on they are still allowed to anyway because of failing a credit check0
