ok, so we have got an offer on a mortgage, am in the process of getting all the everything signed ( mortgage stuff already signed), searches coming back and we are hoping to move in about 6 weeks, this is with nationwide. I have just got my months paycheck through and discovered I got a payrise :j , my question is , do I need to tell nationwide and will it mean changing all the paperwork and getting it signed / witnessed etc all over again?
