School Uniforms (low cost)

I have just been on ASDA's site and found that as from 4/6/07 they are selling a budget cost school uniform for £9.96 (3 - 6 yrs), £12.96 (6-10yrs) and £13.96 (10- 12 yrs) !!.
The set includes polo shirts,Vests,sweatshirt,underpants,trousers(or skirt),socks and a pair of shoes !!!....WOW! it seems like a bargain so I will have to look it up.:rotfl:

Asda girls trousers are good for taller thinner girls too - they do some for £2.50 with a lycra content and they wash well (the black ones anyway)

School gingham summer dresses there are currently £4 a piece too in red, green, blue, yellow and I think pink/lilac.

IMHO - i dont find asda school clothes that good - my son is an odd size and wears his trousers especially very heavy (he doesnt 'fit' woolworths uniform - or tesco) i dont find the trousers last i find they look bobbly and shinny quickly. I find the polo tops go very hard.

Some of my friends swear by asda so i suppose it is personal choice.
