From a smile to a frown!!!

I had a wonderful surprise delivery yesterday morning at 7am

a Finlux 40" TV. :T

My excitement soon turned to disapointment when I tuned in the TV their was no sound. Soon after the TV wouldnt turn on.

Luckily the TV came with paperwork showing a order number e.t.c
I contacted Finlux and after several phone calls yesterday and loads of emails to them today I still cannot get a answer from them of when they can send out a replacement :mad:

Finlux havn't replied to any of my emails today and I was promised a call today to arrange a replacement but I'm still waiting!!!!

I'm not sure who to thank thou for the prize as I wasn't informed of the win and the paperwork does not mention anything regarding the company who ordered the TV.

Hopefully this matter will be sorted but what a rollercoaster journey winning competitions can be.

Hiya, I won a Finlux tv at the end of last year and the backlight was broken on it. I was having the same probs as you. No response to emails & promises of callbacks. I posted on their Facebook page and got an email a few hours later then someone rang me from their tech support & arranged a swap.

Maybe try that. Hope you get sorted
