Broken Gnome

Not a great start to the month! I had a missed package from InterLink which I arranged to have re-delivered today, excitedly waiting to find out what it could be. My partner took it in for me while I was at work. I could tell it was broken before I even opened it as I could hear pieces rattling about. Inside was a Colour Me Gnome kit, smashed to pieces and no cap on one of the pens making an orange mess. 
There was no note inside but I think it must be from Lady magazine. Do they publish their winners names? I couldn't see it anywhere to check that it is from them? I have tweeted them, and hope they will get back to me about it.
