Finance Facility Help Please

In dire straits and stupidity I guess, I applied for a loan from The Finance Facility.
I know you'll all think I'm ridiculous, but was desperate, but now I pushed myself further into a terrible mess!
I gave them all my details not realising they were a broker and it was only when the telephone call came to an end I realised that they weren't in any position to offer me a loan, but only send a load of other companies to bombard me with telephone calls and text messages. Needless to say, I just gave up and scraped a few pounds together to manage.
On Saturday though I realised that they had taken £79 from my account and pushed me further into debt. Totally devastated I contacted them, only to be told that I should have read the T&C's in their website.... when I said they should have made me aware of the £79 charge, the very very unhelpful person on the other end just said that they don't have to because it's on their website and I was night entitled to a refund because they'd sent me details of companies that would have offered me the cash!
She said that the FSA wouldn't be interested and regardless of the mess I'm in, I would not get my money back! Thanks.....
I suggested she slept well that night and bid her goodbye! (Not helpful I know, but I'm so dreadfully upset that I've got myself into such an awful mess and now made it even worse. :(

Is there anyway I can get a refund?
Thanks in anticipation

You will have to write to them:

If you do not take any loan within 6 months of the date your application fee is paid, you may be entitled to a refund of your application fee. In this event we will refund your fee (less an admin charge of £5.00) within 21 days of the date on which we receive your written request for a refund of your application fee. However, you cannot cancel your application and expect a refund if you have accepted a loan during our exclusive 6 month relationship period, even if, in your opinion it was not directly brokered by us, as any such loan will be deemed that it has been brokered by us for you within the 6 months from the date of your paid application fee. Prior to issuing any refund, we may instigate a Credit Check to confirm this. Any requests for a refund must be made in writing to: The Refunds Department, The Finance Facility, P.O. Box 215, Prescot, L35 1WA. You must enclose a stamped and addressed envelope for our reply, which will be within 21 days.

Can't see that term being enforceable under contract law.

These companies do stick some nonsense in their T&Cs.
