Thanks for this, just ordered one!0

Glad you got one too.
Not quite convinced that this needed moving to the 'low spend' board, I was told because of the 'cost' of a phone call! Do offers where you need to email get moved too, as you have to pay for the broadband?0 -

Yep, the low spend board is where they go.
You would need an internet connection to view MSE so to send an email would cost you no more but to make a call costs you each time, therefore a 'low spend'
As it says in the board title ;
Freebie (Low Spend)
Just pay p&p, make a call, send a text or sae
Hope that helps

Not exactly free, as you have to pay an unspecified amount for the cost of the phone call which can generate income for the organisation being called.

Since i've already paid up-front for my package of phone calls, which doesn't include 0844 and 0843 numbers, it's probably more cost effective to go a shop and buy one, if you particularly want one?
I've tried say no to 0870. Anyone got an alternative telephone number, please?Fred - Where's your get up and go?
Barney - It just got up and went.

It also costs money to print vouchers, are these in the low spend board? The vast majority of people have inclusive phone packages, so it really is redundant to say this 'costs' something.
I won't be posting offers again.0 -

That's a shame that you won't be posting any more offers.
It's not me that says it costs something, it's in the board titles, sorry you feel that way.
They used to all go on the freebies board years ago but then the low spend board came about for sending a sae/making a call/sending a text.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. The rules of the board are that if you have to make a call, it goes on the Low Spend board. Numbers beginning with 08 aren't always free, even with inclusive packages. If someone was to see this on the freebies board and call the number from their mobile they could end up spending more on the call than the magazine would have cost, without realising, as it was on the "freebies" board.My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |
