1. This free prize draw is open to residents of United Kingdom Mainland who are aged 18 years or over.
2. Employees of Accolade Wines Limited, their families and agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. To enter the competition, visit https://www.facebook.com/kumalawines and enter your details into the competition app for a chance to win one of the prize draws.
4. No purchase is necessary.
5. The closing date for receipt of all entries is 31st December 2013. Incomplete, illegible, late applications and those not in accordance with the application instructions will not be accepted. The Promoter cannot accept liability for applications lost, damaged or delayed.

Each prize delivered to a UK postal address agreed between the promoter and the winner.
9. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the prizes will be free from all disruptions, failings or cancellations. The Promoter shall not be liable for such disruptions failings or cancellations unless they are caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
10. The winners will be randomly selected in the presence of an independent adjudicator and notified by email within 7 days of the closing date and their prizes
11. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners, however if the prize is not claimed by 14th January 2014 alternative winners will be randomly selected from all the remaining valid entries received by the closing date.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. No cash alternative will be available. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

15. The Winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity relating to the prize draw and consent to their names, photographs and entries being used for such purposes by the Promoter.
