Private Pension fund??? Transfer of accrued funds only

Hello,
Does anyone know a private pension fund/scheme that will accept a transfer from my employer (who have been accruing and holding contributions for me over the last 5 years).
I'm planning to emigrate in the Autumn hence I nor my employer will be contributing any additional monies - bar the above.
My employer has asked me to notify them of my personal pension fund and i'm unsure as to who to go with (or if i can set one up just as a means of enabling my employer to transfer my accrued pension entitlement over the last 5 years).
Any suggesions
