Right, now im confussed - ordered using the code (spent £9.20, so £4.20 to pay) on the 1st June. Yesterday, had the email cancelling my order, and now today, ive had an email saying my toys have been dispatched and will be here by the 8th June!!! Nothing has been debited from my card yet.
Wonder if anything will arrive, and what i will be charged!!!???0 -
Lucky you! They have taken my money and ran lol. I know its only a few pounds but it will all add up with all the *presumably* thousands of cancelled orders. I emailed them yesterday but no reply as yet....

Makes no sense though!!
Most ordered, and got cancelled! Some got cancelled and debited! Now some ordered and delivered! Poor show ELC. :mad:0 -
Well, my order has now actually been delivered!!! The invoice is showing me being charged £9.20, so no mention of the £5 discount (but no delivery charge). Ive checked my credit card statement and nothing debited yet. Will leave it all in the box for a bit, to see if/what im debited and then i can decide if i will keep it or send it back.0
