As I'm based in Edinburgh (where the ESPC is probably the widest read platform) I'm not sure where the best places are to advertise a property in the West of Scotland?
I recall years ago that Estate Agents were more popular than Solicitors but not sure if that's still the case?
Any suggestions?.

If I were looking for property in Millport I would search GSPC. They currently have 40+ properties for sale in Millport.
If I were looking to sell I would use a combined solicitor & estate agent located in Millport e.g. Cumbrae Properties.
Presumably you used a solicitor to purchase? If they provided good service, why not use them again?"A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

GSPC would be a good start. Theres Robert F Duffs solicitor & estate agent ( think thats 'cumbrae property' ), or theres the new 'millport property matters' estate agents or an Independant who has 2 advertisement boards - one outside the ritz cafe and one outside the beauty salon. GSPC means people from all over can see your property and using a local estate agent would mean advertisement on te front street. Depends how much your will to pay for advertisement & if you think its worth it.0
