Hello I'm in a pickle and wonder if anyone can help me!
In February I paid a County court order of £100 to DVLA as as i hadn't taxed my vehicle and ignored their letters etc, However, I paid BY CHEQUE within a few days of the order which meant I could have It removed if I pay £15. (you have up to one month from the order being served to pay in full and have it set aside- and the DVLA sent me a letter to confirm my payment) I let It lapse for a couple of months however, as I didn't need credit at the time. Now I do need credit but upon searching for the forms I can't find them anywhere and so I don't know the case number and can't even remember what courthouse It was served at. I rang the DVLA but they were of no use. I need to track down this court and find out the case number. Could anyone offer any suggestions!!!

Ask the nearest DVLA Local Office to where you live to help with details of who to contact.:j0

Or, get a copy of your credit file from Experian and Equifax. That will show the details you require.Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.

I'm sorry, I don't apologise. That's just the way I am. Homer (Simpson)0
