Thanks wiggels for popping by hope my wittering on isn't to boring, my main aim which is slightly different to others is more to stay on top of bills and day to day life, whilst still living rather than really hammering the debts and just existing if that makes sense? Lol

My boys are 8 and 22 months and baby girl due in 6 weeks but because I'm having a c section she will be here in 4-5 weeks eek!! I'm at the consultant next week so should have my date then exciting times.

Morning all

Well yesterday was fine went to my mums for a while kids played in the garden and she made us all dinner, I went to aldi got bread, beers for OH and potatoes for cottage pie. Cottage pie was lovely and there's som left for OHs tea tonight.

Today me and kids are going out for dinner with my mum she's paying which is nice, DS1 friend stayed over last night so need to drop him off before we go. Didn't sleep all that well hopefully ill come round soon. Today will be a NSD as I don't have anything to spend lol don't need anything though which is good

Right off to do a few comps before DS2 wakes up xx

Funnily enough I will be making cottage pie tonight.

I have bucket loads of carrots to use so I am making a cottage pie which a generous helping of carrots, mushrooms and onions to bulk it out. Hoping to get more than one meal out of it!

I had a lovely afternoon walking round the countryside with my mum today

Glad you had a good day I've not done much lol had my nails done this morning, my little treat then we had a plumber come and take our gas fire out and block the pipe off we never use it and want to put our new TV on the chimney breast so it has to go, its a modern wall mounted fire so have put it on local selling site hoping to get something back for it

OH has been working all day today so thought he deserved to go for a drink at the local working men's club so he's gone there, DS1 is playing at his friends down the road and DS2 has just woken from his nap so best see to him, I'll check in later I have a few more things to update

Morning all

Been up a lot of the night with stomach cramps and back ache so feeling a bit sorry for myself

Today we are going baby shopping so it's going to be a speedy day although I have found a pram £100 less than I was planning on spending so that's good just need to check how ds2 fits in it

Going to a friends for tea so at least we don't have to worry about that

Right going to try to get back to sleep xx

Thanks pwps I'm ok just the joys of being heavily pregnant my body doesn't deal with it all that well, plus the added effort of chasing a toddler round constantly doesn't help, not long to go now though.

So as suspected today was spendy! I have ordered my new wallpaper so that's on the way. Been to get tester pots of paint so when wallpaper arrives I can match which is best.

Been to get baby a steriliser, bottles and mattress for Moses basket, worked out £9 cheaper than it should have been because the girl at the till messed up a bit, I wasn't complaining though.

Been to get some new curtains, a lamp, some vases and picture frames for new living room. I did get DS1 a couple of new tops and new boxer shorts and DS2 a new football and new PJs not to bad though I had a 20% off Matalan voucher to use, so some of the stuff I bought was discounted.

Went to friends for tea her OH cooked a beautiful 3 course meal! I've been spoilt, really need to up my game next time they come for tea. OH brought some homemade pie home so he can have that for tomorrow's tea and they gave us a big box of veg and 12 eggs also a big bag of coffee. Really need some inspirational recipes I have the following veg

Mushrooms (loads of!)
Sweet potato x2
Broccoli x3
Loads of carrots
Massive leeks x2
Parsnips x2
Massive cauliflower
Swede x1

I'm useless when it comes to veg because i dont eat it except the mushrooms so i just tend to boil it because OH is happy with it boiled but would like to do something with it save it going to waste any thoughts appreciated

Right I'm gonna try and do a few comps before I go to bed, hoping DS2 will be asleep sooner rather than later. Xxx

Afternoon all

Had a good sleep DS2 slept from 1030 til about 6 then fell back asleep til after 7 but I'm having a horrible day today feeling really stressed and emotional, ds2 is being hard work, my stomach hurts and don't feel like I've done anything productive. Need to calm down.

I've been food shopping at Aldi and farmfoods so really really stocked up want to keep it this way for when the baby comes, still haven't got round to ordering my pram will do this tomorrow when I will not be leaving the house.

OH is having left over pie for tea with something, I'm considering making some kind of mushroom based pasta bake for me and DS2 I've got some condensed soup so thinking of using that for the base with a load of mushrooms and black pepper topped off with cheese yum yum. Ds1 has gone to the pictures for his friends birthday and is going for tea there after although I do need to go get him a card and put some money in it

Morning all

Well my plans for tea last night didn't happen, mainly because I was so stressed lol we just ended up with some chicken burgers and chips from the freezer. So OH has decided to have his pie for tea tonight and I might try Ds2 with some pie and beans for lunch. DS1 will probably have the rest of the beans with toast.

So today is definitely going to be better than yesterday, so far I have

Washed up
Loaded dishwasher
Cleaned out one of my kitchen cupboards
Put washing machine on

I'm not bothering with the living room to much as the decorating Is starting Thursday

And I forgot I do need to leave the house today DS1 is at swimming lessons later this afternoon

Right off to check my surveys, I've cashed in £3 from pinec0ne and I have received £40 from 0nep0ll? Don't think I should have done as only received £40 a couple of weeks ago? I'm gonna leave it in my account in case they take it back

Oh and I got a winning email from papermate I've won some pens

Morning

Well was up at 1am with DS2 I just can't seem to get him to sleep through anymore he will go back to sleep downstairs after a bottle by which point I'm to tired to move him back to bed so we just end up sleeping downstairs, not great I know, and when OH gets up at 5 I'm awake til after 7 then doze back off til just after 8 when i wake up feeling poop. OH is being really understanding though which is nice makes me feel a little better.

OK so today need to get my backside in gear, I want to

Clean the kitchen
Keep on top of surveys and competitions
List items on local selling site (still haven't done this, even though its been on my list for ages!!)
Quick tidy of the living room, my decorating is starting tomorrow as long as wallpaper is delivered eek i hope so and need to go to B & Q when OH finishes work tonight to get the paint

I have decided any money I make from the selling site I am going to pay off OHs credit card (but not tell him lol) although he wants us to save money and is getting much better he would want to spend it on something for the house etc i would pay it off the pounds to pocket but they are so awkward you have to ring to make a payment and they'll only take the payment from OH where as the credit card I can make little payments via Internet banking.

So that's the plan

Tea didn't work out again last night OH and DS2 ended up with SPag Bol and me an DS1 with mushroom pasta left over from what I made for lunch. The cheese pie was donated to my friend as she loves cheese pie and is always short of cash so she greatly appreciated it. OH will have the rest of his SPag Bol for tea tonight and I need to think what to make for me and kids

Sun is shining so gonna go put the washer on and get it pegged out while I can
