    I think the picture uploading must be fixed now as it worked for me last night. Size limit is 2mb now.

    I did this and received a message on the 5 July saying due to high demand my sample would take a little longer but I should receive it within 10 days. I still haven't received it!

    UPDATE

    I emailed them this morning and they asked me to confirm my address and have said I should receive my sample in the next couple of days. They said there had been a problem with some people not receiving their samples and they had actually sent mine out at the end of July. They apologised and were very helpful. Hopefully I should get my sample soon.
