Just an update, I decide to go ahead this afternoon and open one. It was awful! So I opened another ... and another .... and another. They were all dreadful. I'm guessing a cupboard under the stairs really isn't a good place to store champagne! (And they were all standing up too!).
All I have left is three which are obviously recent. I just need to make sure I actually drink them!0 -
if you have room, put the remaining three in the fridge to chill for a few hours before you plan open them, it will improve the flavour.0
