Does anyone know if there is a sale in modelzone as it looks like they are in administration ?

The store in Westfield , Stratford, London was displaying 'up to 50% off ' signs at the weekend. Most things had 20/30% off, 50% off tools and paint, 20% off Lego. Hornby and Airfix were excluded from the sale.0

Yes there is, Modelzone went in to Administration on the 26th of June.
The website has already been shut down.
There are currently only 18th stores left out of 47 and as of the 12th of this month there will be 9.
After the 14th the other shops will be gone too.
Currently theres is 20% off model kits,Railway, diecast and remote control (although some 30%) 30% off William Britains and 50% - 70& off spares, paints & accessories, DVDs and Bburago.0 -
I saw this walking through town the other week, the modelzone shop was closing down. I suppose there is not much call for models and trains during a recession. shame to see another company go down the pan though.0
