tesco rewards ask & prezzo vouchers?

I exchanged £20 worth of Tesco vouchers for £80 worth of ask & prezzo vouchers.

They sent me an email called
Your clubcards reward order is here
Its an email with codes, do I just print off the email & they take the code numbers?

Just looked on their site and it states -an email with your codes and how to use them will follow.

Yes, but on the website it says 2 emails will follow.
So thats why I wondered if I was waiting for an email with printable vouchers & what I have is just confirmation of the order.

Sorry. Yes I have always printed my vouchers off. I would wait for another email.

So I will get more than a letter email?
I will get an email that looks like printable vouchers?
I ordered on Thursday & go the first email almost instantly.

My Prezzo vouchers were sent in the post, that was last month, the system may have changed now.

Hello, have you found the answer to this yet? I ordered prezzo vouchers on Saturday but just have two codes to use rather than vouchers I've received in the past. Do I literally just give prezzo the two codes?

i had others but when u use a code they send u an updated email with what u have left

Yes, just give them the email.

I ordered Pizza Express vouchers last month and just printed off the email with the codes on, used it with no queries or problems.

Having used Tesco vouchers in Prezzo many times over the years, this evening we went to Prezzo in Billericay for a birthday treat for my daughter. Now, despite eating in Prezzo with Tesco vouchers for my wife's birthday at the beginning of June with no problems, we found out tonight that Prezzo no longer accept Tesco vouchers on the children's meals!

A few years ago these vouchers could be used for everything, including drinks but then drinks were excluded, (which caught us out when paying for a meal in Cafe Uno in 2006 with no cash between us!) which I guess is understandable. But to now exclude children's meals as well is madness! Surely many families use these vouchers and wouldn't necessarily go to these restaurants otherwise. When they realise they can't be used in full anymore, I expect many people will look to other offers to spend their Tesco tokens, such as Days Out vouchers, where they will get better value.

What does grate on me though, is that when we ordered these vouchers two months ago, kids meals WERE included and the really annoying thing is we are now stuck with a £10 Prezzo voucher that we expected to use this evening and are now stuck with, because we won't be back!!
